Step-by-Step of my french infantry undercoating. Perry Miniatures 28mm hard plastic models.
Assembled, unpainted
Primed with Vallejo Black Primer
Dark Grey color sprayed from side to cover most of the miniatures
Light grey coat sprayed about 30 degrees from the top
White and Ochre 1:1 mix sprayed from the top
Last step repeated adding mode White
And the same again
Violet sprayed from below to give miniature extra shade color
Violet, Ochre, White and Blue mix sprayed directly from side to smooth contrast
Last mix just added more White and Ochre, sprayed more from above, vertically
Last step repeated
Pure White is sprayed onto brightest areas- faces, hat, weapons.
Miniatures are now ready to be glazed in color tones.
